    Abstract :

    This study research the factors that brought technology transfer to Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara (IPTN) Indonesia. This research is using four variables, they are motivation, work environment, training, and education as free variabel and the technology transfer as binding variable function. The result of this hypothesis shows that the four research variable are motivation (p-value = sig. = 0,000), work environment ( p–value = sig. = 0,012), training (p–value = sig. = 0,009) and education (p – value = sig. = 0,015) which have significant level <  = 0,05 is effected significantly to technology transfer in IPTN Indonesia, and they are motivation, work environment, training, and education effected significantly to the technology transfer in IPTN Indonesia. The similarity of estimation that is resulted from this research is Y = 8,454 + 0,792 X1 + 0,463 X2 + 0,568 X3 + 0,397 X4, R-square 0,707 means 70,7% the changing from the variable of the technology transfer can be expired by these variable: motivation, work environment, training, and education in the model, and the rest in 29,3 is explained outside of that model above.
