PRODUKSI ENZIM PENSILIN ASILASEDARI Bacillus megaterium

Abstract :

An assay acylase penilcillyn enzyme activity which is produced by Bacillus megaterium using PDAB method had done. The result of this assay showedextracellular acylase fermentation with pH variable and carbon source for 35 hours gave its optimum condition growth at pH 6 and 0.5 % for is glucose content. In this condition. It is produced 0,5707 g wet enzyme precipitation and 1.1919 g dry cell with 300 ml fermentation media. The assay of pure enzyme activity showed more active than crude enzyme.
